Women into Construction is an independent not-for-profit organisation that promotes gender equality in construction. They provide bespoke support to women wishing to work in the construction industry. The organisation wants to reduce the skills gaps and create a more gender equal force. We have decided to be a member of Women into Constructions because we believe that our values are aligned, and we share paths in our work of normalising the position of women in the construction industry.
