Where drainage asset drawings existing of ‘gaps’ (un-surveyed areas), our project team are able to manually trace (digitise) the drainage assets from geo-referenced drawing as points, lines and polygons. Each asset has attributes of asset type, and any information on dimensions, materials, depths and flow direction shown on the drawings. This information is uploaded to HADDMS/IRIS and becomes part of the drainage inventory.
